Collapsible round baking pan made of coated iron, ideal for baking cakes, desserts, sponge cakes, and cheesecakes. Thanks to the hinge mechanism, the pan can be completely disassembled, allowing for easier release of the baked goods. Assembling the pan is quick and easy, with maximum sealing to prevent batter from leaking. Excellent cooking results are achieved due to the iron material. The pans reach high temperatures and allow juices to caramelize. They provide even heat distribution and consistent cooking. The functional and practical non-stick pan features a PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier release, a steel protection against oxidation, and easy cleaning. The pan should be greased before use. It is suitable for traditional oven baking (max. 220 °C) but not for microwave use. Do not use metal utensils in the pan and wash it by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
