The stockpot is the ideal cooking utensil for bringing large quantities of liquid to a boil, making soups, pot au feu (beef stew), or other unique dishes. Prim'Appety cookware is made from AISI 304 stainless steel with pouring lips and a sandwich bottom, making it compatible with induction and allowing for uniform heat distribution across the bottom of the cookware. This durable and robust professional quality cookware features stainless steel tube handles welded at multiple points for an easy and comfortable grip, along with a smooth inner surface. It has a satin polished finish and is dishwasher-safe. Occasional polishing with special stainless steel polishing paste can restore its shine. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
