Ideal for braising, browning or briefly frying vegetables or meat. Copper is the best heat conductor to preserve the full flavour during cooking. A heating circuit is created and the ingredients are cooked evenly. The cookware consists of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel. With cast stainless steel handles that do not heat up during cooking. Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Not dishwasher safe.
