This collection does not have a diffuser bottom that would impair its performance. It is ideal for searing, grilling, baking, and frying meat, fish, and potatoes, and can be used with minimal fat.

The frying pan features a Lyonnaise edge that enables easy flipping of food and facilitates sliding food onto a plate. It can be used with the detachable LOQY handle or the LOQY beech wood handle pair. The detachable LOQY products require little space and can be stacked.

The pan is oven-safe and can be used as a baking dish without the handle. It is practical and dishwasher safe.
