Product details

A versatile farmer's pan: Searing, sautéing, browning. Perfect for preparing large quantities and for fried potatoes. The high edges reduce splatter while cooking meat. Made from white steel sheet coated with beeswax: temporary protection against oxidation; facilitates seasoning. The non-stick effect improves with the first use. Natural non-stick effect: gradual seasoning. Excellent caramelization of foods. The handle is encased with two slices of beech wood from the Vosges, with a steel band treated with beeswax: protects from heat and is easier to grip. Riveted, French-style curved handle: inseparable, easy and ergonomic handling.

Care: Deglaze with water, rinse with warm water, dry, and lightly oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use cleaners and do not wash in a dishwasher. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
