Product details

Mineral B Element utensil in heavy quality iron coated with beeswax for a protective finish against oxidation. Riveted handles. It is the perfect utensil as an extra grill pan. This “Plancha” pan is used to grill meat without fat content. Ridges are useful to mark meat and reduce sticking surface. It is also perfect for cooking scallop flesh, shrimp, fish, and vegetables. Compatible with all heat sources including induction and hot coals.

Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
