Thanks to the low edge, the crepes can be easily flipped. The non-stick pan is made of 5 mm thick cast aluminum. The high-quality non-stick coating enriched with PTFE plastic gives this pan greater scratch resistance. Not suitable for induction. Not dishwasher safe.
