Rounded edge cake mould made of coated iron, ideal for making savoury or sweet cakes, including marble cakes. This undeformable and fully watertight mould ensures excellent cooking results thanks to the iron, which reaches high temperatures to enable juices to caramelise. It provides even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking. The functional and practical non-stick mould features a PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier release, along with steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. The flat and horizontal edge allows for easy grip and safer handling. Grease the mould before use. It is suitable for traditional oven cooking (maximum 220°C) but not for microwave ovens. Avoid using metal objects in the mould. Care instructions: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher-safe. Several sizes are available.
