This non-deformable and completely waterproof pan ensures excellent baking results thanks to the iron, which reaches high temperatures and allows for the caramelization of juices. It guarantees even heat distribution and uniform cooking. The functional and practical non-stick pan features a PFOA-free PTFE coating for easy release, as well as a steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. The flat and horizontal edge allows for a comfortable grip and safe handling. Grease the pan before use. It is suitable for traditional baking in the oven (up to 220 °C), but not for microwave ovens. Avoid using metal utensils in the pan. Care instructions: clean by hand with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher safe. Multiple sizes are available.
