The handles fit securely on the pots and pans due to automatic locking, reducing the risk of accidents for small children since the handles can be removed while cooking.

Depending on the weight and capacity of the casserole, you can choose one handle, two flat handles, or a combination of one handle and one flat handle. The Strate Amovible features a flat glass lid with a stainless steel rim, allowing you to monitor your dish without lifting the lid. The tab on the lid is designed for attaching a Cristel removable stem handle or for hanging on the Cristel lid holder.
