The practical grip recess and the pressure relief hole make handling easier. The lid is dishwasher safe, significantly simplifying cleaning and maintenance. It fits GN containers 7000 and 8600 with a depth of 65 mm or more, but is not compatible with polycarbonate and polypropylene GN containers.
