They are made of white glazed, flavor-neutral ceramic that has been fired at around 1,300 °C. Enjoy the full coffee aroma and the special atmosphere that a ceramic filter creates. The filters are available in four different sizes. The smallest is perfect for a lively start to the day, while the largest is ideal when guests are expected. Tip: The water for the coffee should not be boiling; otherwise, the aromatic substances will evaporate. The ideal temperature is between 86 and 89 °C. Pour the water gradually in circular motions from the inside out, ensuring that all the coffee grounds are covered with water. This way, the coffee aromas will unfold optimally.
