Product details

The Lana coaster protects tabletops and surfaces from heat and scratches with its colorful felt balls. Additionally, CILIO supports a social project in Nepal, where women near Kathmandu handcraft the coasters using traditional methods. The eco-balance is also favorable: the heat-resistant, washable sheep wool is treated with azo-free dyes. Fair trade criteria are upheld throughout the entire production chain. The project is certified by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO). By the way, the coaster also makes a great gift.
