The set includes stainless steel needle tips that are either 10 cm or 13 cm long (depending on the chosen variant) in sizes ranging from 2.75 mm to 5.0 mm made from surgical stainless steel, along with three cables measuring 20 cm, 35 cm, and 55 cm for creating circular knitting needles of 40 cm, 56 cm, and 76 cm. The red TWIST cables are "memory-free" and do not twist. They are made from a multi-stranded steel cable coated with red nylon.

Each set also includes easily readable, coded cable connectors, end stoppers, T-shaped tightening keys, stitch markers, a needle gauge, and a compact zippered fabric case. TWIST & SPIN tips, cables, and accessories are all interchangeable.
