Dutch Oven made of enameled cast iron from the Sublime series by Chasseur. Cast iron is a strong, carbon-rich iron alloy and one of the best materials for retaining heat, slowly releasing it, and distributing it evenly. It is suitable for both high-heat searing and low-heat braising. The design of the casserole with self-moisturizing concentric circles in the lid ensures moist, tender results for slowly braised stews, soups, roasts, and poultry. The smooth, ivory-colored enameled interior is easy to clean. Cast iron is also perfect for cooling. Freeze your casserole before use, and it will keep your food nice and fresh for a very long time.
