Broste Copenhagen Limfjord Tableware Series

Limfjord Dinnerware Series. Inspired by the coastal landscape and the secrets of the seabed in the long stretch of the strait between the Jutland peninsula and the northern Danish island of Vendsyssel-Thy: Broste Copenhagen captures the organic shapes and soft color tones of the exposed limestone as well as the naturally occurring shell and oyster beds. The dinnerware series is handcrafted, which is why the pieces made from matte stoneware and transparent glass exhibit slight irregularities in shape and color. Nevertheless, the dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Limfjord Carafe. Like the water sparkling in the sun, the natural shape reflects the light. Despite the absence of a handle, its intentional irregularities make the carafe easier to grip and hold. A small spout facilitates pouring from the glass jug.
