Thanks to the micro-ground stainless steel blades, the mandoline can process even the hardest fruit and vegetables. The mandoline not only makes preparation super easy, but also saves you a lot of time and effort when cooking. The slice insert allows you to slice slices in 4 different thicknesses. Whether for cucumber salad, carpaccio or lemon slices, the right thickness can be set precisely.

Simply press the button on the side of the slicer to change the inserts. The 3.5 mm and 7 mm blade inserts allow you to cut fine cubes and strips of different thicknesses. This cutting setting is perfect for dicing onions or preparing vegetable pans and raw vegetable salads.

The V5 Powerline is the only slicer that can slice cubes without first cutting into the vegetables.

The slider box is included for practical storage and safe stowage. There is space here to safely stow both blade inserts. This protects you from injury. If you attach the box to the slicer, it also acts as a stand. Please always use the fruit holder supplied to protect your fingers from the sharp Börner blades.
