Although their design is kept in simple round shapes and intended for everyday use, these glasses are something special. The bistro glasses are made of extremely heat-resistant, mouth-blown borosilicate glass, which gives them excellent insulating properties. Beneath the glass bottom, there is a hydrophobic silicone membrane that serves to equalize pressure between the glass walls. It allows the glass to "breathe," preventing condensation from forming on the glass surface and leaving unsightly water rings behind. The bistro glasses are suitable for chilled drinks and all kinds of coffees.
