Björn Magma

The small plate is original thanks to its shape with straight edges. It goes well with all dishes, from appetizers to desserts. After an initial firing of the clay at a low temperature, reactive glazes are applied to the earthenware, giving it a shiny appearance and colour gradations. After leaving the oven, the ceramic pieces are immersed in water, which creates a thermal shock and the desired craquelure effect. The inspiration for the MAGMA collection comes from the heart of the volcanic crater of Mount Fuji in Japan.
