Björn Genesis

The Complete Plus service includes all pieces of the tableware collection, excluding serving items. The set consists of 18 flat plates and 18 bowls in three different sizes, 6 deep plates, 12 espresso and lungo cups, as well as 6 mugs, providing a complete table service for six people. After an initial low-temperature firing of the clay, reactive glazes in various colors are applied to the stoneware, giving it a unique and radiant surface. The creation of color nuances that differ from piece to piece results from an artistic interplay of firing techniques and the method of glaze application. The Genesis collection is inspired by journeys between land and sea. In its basalt variant, it features a volcanic brown gradient that recalls the origin of the world and adds a mineral note. Its asymmetrical lines and clear cuts give it character and authenticity.
