Björn Genesis

This cup is simply perfect. Not too big, not too small. It can be adapted for many ways of making coffee and, thanks to its simple design, it can also be used as an aperitif or for verrines.

After an initial firing of the clay at a low temperature, reactive enamels in different colours are applied to the earthenware, giving it a unique and bright relief effect. The appearance of colour nuances that can be found from one piece to another is the result of a clever mix of artisanal firing techniques and the method of applying the enamel.

The Genesis collection is inspired by travelling between land and sea. In its sea version, a blue colour gradient appears, reminiscent of the spray of the waves. Its asymmetrical lines and straight cuts lend it character and authenticity.
