The springform pans from the Premium Baking series by RBV Birkmann feature an excellent brand non-stick coating from Whitford, which provides outstanding non-stick properties. Due to the exceptional material thickness, they conduct heat particularly evenly. Additionally, the leak-proof flat base is enamel-coated, making it extremely scratch and cut resistant. The stainless steel clasp can be fully opened, allowing the extra-high rim to release easily from the cake and making it particularly simple and thorough to clean.
