It is the only espresso maker that can brew espresso cups with a capacity of 30 cc, featuring almost double the espresso concentration of a conventional espresso maker and a delicious creamy layer on top. The secret of Brikka lies in an exclusive valve on the small pipe: a unique, patented system that brews the espresso with double the pressure of a traditional espresso maker and in half the time.
