The knife:
The Volano B3 has a knife made of steel 100cr6 with a diameter of 30 cm and a round cutting capacity of 19 cm. It can be used to obtain slices with a thickness between 0 and 2 mm. The concave shape of the knife touches the product to be sliced only at the cutting point, avoiding changes in taste and odor.

Integrated grinder:
The Volano B3 slicers all have an integrated grinder for correct grinding of the knife. Positioning is done manually, simply by lifting and rotating the grinder. A single position is provided, always ensuring the optimum angle for a perfect grinding result.

Cutter holder lock/release system:
The double upright cutter holder lock/release system ensures that the cutter does not slip on the carriage.

Blade guard:
The Volano B3 has a guard that covers the blade, ensuring maximum safety both during operation and during cleaning of the machine.

Cutting waste tray:
The machine is equipped with a small tray to collect the waste produced during the cutting process. This feature ensures proper cleaning and hygiene of the machine.

Anodized aluminum carriage and stainless steel tray:
Volano B3 slicers are equipped with an anodized aluminum carriage that ensures durability and long life.
