The BN-1 Benriner mandoline in pastel green has a cutting width of 0.3 to 5 mm and a blade width of 64 mm. The mandoline d comes with three interchangeable julienne blades (2, 3 and 4 mm) and therefore offers additional cutting options. The BPA-free plastic mandolin can be easily dismantled for cleaning and has a stainless steel blade that can be easily resharpened.
