Thanks to the No Frost system, you no longer need to defrost the freezer compartment. The Beko products work with an air circulation cooling system that draws the air out of the freezer compartment and cools it down via an evaporator. There, the moisture condenses as frost and the dry cold air is channelled back into the interior. The frost on the evaporator is defrosted automatically at regular intervals.

At low ambient temperatures, the temperature in the freezing range of -18 °C cannot be maintained. This leads to malfunctions. Some models have a special electronic thermostat. These models work down to an ambient temperature of -15 °C. This means you can also use the Beko freezer in unheated rooms.
