It features the highest energy efficiency by automatically switching off the 2300 W heating coil when the boiling point is reached. With only 700 watts, up to 15 liters can be quietly boiled or kept boiling hot at approximately 98°C, without the water splashing upwards as is usual when boiling; it merely gushes. Depending on the temperature setting, the water can also be kept just hot or warm without hardly evaporating. If you want to bring it back to a boil, it only takes a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the contents.
