Cortina Granitium is the revolutionary series with the new non-stick coating and the Thermopoint technique developed by Ballarini (only used on frying pans and grilling pans). This technology improves cooking quality and safety in the kitchen and contributes to energy savings. The non-stick coating, with a granite stone heart, is reinforced with mineral particles and guarantees a healthy and perfect cooking, the durability of the cookware, strength and dishwasher resistance. This is also a guarantee against possible nickel allergy.
