The high-quality Granitium non-stick coating makes the pan particularly robust and scratch-resistant, so using metal utensils is not an issue. Thanks to the bi-metal base made of aluminum and steel, the pan is suitable for all types of stoves, especially induction cooktops. The flat pan can be used very versatile for frying and cooking. Both fish and meat, as well as various pan dishes, turn out particularly well in it.
