The high-quality Granitium non-stick coating makes the pan particularly durable and scratch-resistant, so using metal utensils is not a problem. Thanks to the bimetal base made of aluminum and steel, the pan is suitable for all types of stoves, especially induction cooktops. The flat pan can be used very versatile for frying and cooking. Both fish and meat, as well as various skillet dishes, turn out particularly well in it.
