With the Copán stainless steel coffee grinder, you can grind your favorite beans yourself. Gently and with almost no loss of aroma, thanks to the gently rotating cone grinder, the volatile aroma of the coffee grounds is preserved for a long time. You can set the grind in 15 levels, from fine to coarse (1-15). Coarse grinds are recommended for French press, for example; then there are only a few suspended particles in the coffee, allowing it to steep longer while remaining mild and balanced. Medium grinds are perfect for filter coffee in the machine and for fresh brewing. Fine coffee grind is ideal for espresso and Turkish-style preparation in the mocha pot. The 6-stage rotary control allows you to adjust the grinding time from 5 seconds in stage 1 for small quantities to 115 seconds in stage 6 for the complete coffee powder container (approximately 170 grams, depending on the grind).
