Product details

A forged bread knife with a slender handle and a 20 cm long blade featuring a serrated edge that effortlessly cuts through bread. Arcos knives are professional tools that offer excellent value for money. Since 1745, these knives have been crafted in the Spanish knife-making tradition in the province of Albacete, using Nitrum stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of C56. The steel is also produced in Spain.

The handle of the Arcos knives is made from durable and moisture-resistant polyoxymethylene (POM), and the rivets are made from robust stainless steel. The handles are shaped in Arcos's own factory and attached to the knives. Arcos knives are elegantly packaged in transparent gift boxes.
