Ankarsrum Planetary agitator

The planetary mixer with bowl is the suitable replacement part for the Ankarsrum kitchen machine. It consists of two smaller whisks that allow for particularly even mixing of dough, creams, or whipped cream. The fine wires are made of high-quality stainless steel, making them extremely durable. Even with firmer dough, they maintain their shape. The planetary mixer can only be used together with the matching mixing bowl made of white plastic. With a capacity of 3.5 liters, it offers enough space to whip or mix up to 800 ml of cream, 20 eggs, or 2.5 kg of batter for pancakes and cakes. After use, the bowl can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The planetary mixer should be cleaned by hand.
