The consistently function-oriented design by Alvar Lennig for Electrolux from 1940 has been carefully refined. The brilliant design idea of using the machine vertically for various attachments has been perfected. The large, motor-driven 7-liter stainless steel bowl can alternatively accommodate either the mixing roller or the kneading hook, each available with or without a dough scraper at the bowl's edge. The kneading hook (at a distance from the bowl's bottom) or the mixing roller (at a distance from the bowl's wall) can be fixed as needed. Both tools can move within the rotating bowl, which is powered by an 800-watt motor with stepless control, on the spring-mounted mixing arm between the center and the edge of the bowl.

For yeast doughs and light bread doughs up to 5 liters, as well as for heavy bread doughs up to 3.5 liters, the manufacturer recommends the mixing roller. For yeast doughs and bread doughs with a mass of 1 to 1.5 liters, the kneading hook is recommended. For smaller amounts of whipped cream, pancake batter, or sponge cake batter, the double whisk is recommended, which is placed on the drive with its own bowl. Here, the 3.5-liter bowl remains fixed while the two whisks rotate inside.
