Anchor Sticktwist is a 6-strand embroidery thread made from extra-long, top-quality Egyptian cotton fibers. Each of the 6 individual strands is twisted together in pairs. The practical packaging of the skein allows for easy access to the desired length of thread without having to completely unwrap the skein.

Thanks to its flexible thread division, Anchor Sticktwist is the most commonly used embroidery thread, suitable for a wide range of applications in almost all embroidery techniques. It is ideal for cross-stitch on fabrics of varying densities, as well as for colorful embroidery, canvas work, and other counted embroideries.

This thread achieves its special luster, intense light reflection, and unique softness through the long Egyptian cotton fibers and a double mercerization process. Anchor Sticktwist is available in an 8-meter skein format in beautiful solid colors (washable at 95 degrees) as well as vibrant multicolor options (washable at 60 degrees).
