Thanks to the gentle cooking method in vacuum at low temperatures, all flavors and nutrients are preserved, allowing you to cook particularly tender meat and crisp vegetables in vacuum bags, as well as dishes in jars like crème brûlée, and even make yogurt.
The device is hung in a pot or container that is at least 20 cm high and secured to the wall with a knurled screw. The container is then filled with water, ensuring a water depth of between 19 to 25 cm.
