The professional sous-vide cooker SV 2 from Allpax, made of stainless steel and plastic in black and silver, is a powerful device with 1400 watts that heats water baths with a capacity of up to 30 liters to cook food precisely in a vacuum. This gentle cooking method at low temperatures preserves all the flavors and nutrients in the food. The thermostat is hung in a pot or container with a minimum height of 20 cm and secured to the wall with the knurled screw. Settings are made via the touch panel, where the water temperature can be accurately set in °C and °F, as well as the cooking time of up to 99 hours. The cooking process is displayed on the LC display but does not need to be monitored, as the integrated circulation pump ensures even temperature distribution. The SV 2 measures 145 x 115 x 320 mm and weighs approximately 2.1 kg.
