A U-shaped stainless steel plate forms the base of the tray, while two equally wide handles made of thermoplastic resin close off the ends of the plate on the sides and complement the surface area of the tray. The constant profile of the steel plate determines the various sizes of the tray according to its length, with the handles remaining unchanged. The angled, wide side handles give the tray not only a visual solidity but also reference the typically blunt-pyramidal shape of a wooden tray. The available tray sizes are defined according to the capacity for cups and accessories.
