Alessi Human Collection

The salad bowl is part of the "Human collection," which is the contribution of French designer Bruno Moretti and Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy. This collaboration between Moretti and Savoy arose from a shared passion for selected simplicity, the quality of materials, and the harmony of presentation, as well as a continuity between the kitchen and dining room. The salad bowl represents a "cardioid," an algebraic curve that resembles an open leaf or, as the name suggests, a heart. Elegant lines that open wide allow for the assembly and presentation of each recipe according to the consistency and delicacy of the ingredients. Its shape enables the ingredients to be mixed with elegance and care.
