The temperature-controlled kettle allows both boiling and heating in the range of 60 to 100 degrees Celsius, which is useful for preparing herbal infusions, brewing certain types of tea, and in other situations where boiled water needs to cool down slightly before use. The temperature is controlled by buttons on the kettle and displayed on the LCD screen. The AD 1247new kettle is equipped with a thermal fuse that prevents overheating of the device. Additionally, the user is alerted to the boiling of water by an audible signal.
