Sparkling water makers only have one job: to blow carbon dioxide into tap water. Four out of seven sparkling water makers tested are really good at this. They make fizzy soda and achieve good Stiftung Warentest quality ratings. Others bubble a little weaker. And one of the sparkling water makers tested is inadequate: it often overflows and then stops working altogether...

Product details
Compact minimalism
Making sparkling water at home has never been so elegant. The Aarke Carbonator 3 is designed from the inside out to be the slimmest and most compact sparkling water maker.
Quality conscious design
Forget the plastic sparkling water makers of the past - in terms of performance, eco-friendliness and durability, it's unbeatable. The Carbonator 3 has a seamless housing that forms the backbone of the machine, combining form and function.
Precision stainless steel nozzle
The most striking feature of the Carbonator 3 is the precision-engineered nozzle, CNC-machined from a single piece of stainless steel. The result is a beautifully polished nozzle that produces an even, controlled spray.
Updated damping-controlled lever and stainless steel end cap
The movement of the lever is regulated by a rotary damper which allows for a more controlled pressure release in the bottle. The damper also allows for a higher fill line in the bottle without compromising performance. The end cap of the lever is now made of stainless steel with an eye-catching, twisting finish.
Bottle design
The iconic Aarke bottle is now slimmer than ever with a fully refined shape. The base of the bottle is also designed and features a screw mechanism for increased durability. The ability to separate the metal and plastic components also allows the bottle to be recycled at the end of its life. The PET bottle remains BPA-free and non-toxic and is suitable for use on the worktop, dining table and in a carrier bag for travelling.
Updated packaging
The graphic design for the packaging of the machine and PET bottle makes the products stand out even more. The machine packaging now also includes a cleaning cloth to keep your kitchen appliance spotless.
