Digitec/Galaxus 5 year extended warranty experience with servicing large kitchen appliances

Cool! I moved into a new apartment and need to furnish it with large kitchen appliances (fridge, stove/hob, dishwasher and laundry machine). All of them have an option of adding extended warranty up to 5 years. I wanted to know if anyone has had to use their warranty offered by Digitec/Galaxus to service any of their appliances (onsite or pickup/return to service center) and if it was a good or bad overall or things to consider or aware of.
