Dear Community & Galaxus, My long shopping history at Galaxus and Digitec has allowed me to take stock over several years. What I have noticed is that I was lucky in my choice of certain products and that they last forever. But a large proportion of products are also defective after a few years or even months because of design errors or even unusable from the start because of design errors. This is frustrating and very unsustainable. - Is there a way to follow specific users with similar usage patterns and learn from their experience with products? - Is there a way to specifically find long-lasting, perfectly designed, sustainable products? Examples: - Lamp with motion sensor: was a fail from the start because it only detects movement 50% of the time. - Fitbit scale: After 1 year it says "software error", not possible to update>Trash. - Lamps for "outdoor use": 3/3 are broken after 6 months outdoors because the solar cell leaks, wires are cheapest. I would like to remind the site operators that in Italian, the masculine plural also serves as a neuter. The word ALL already includes the entire population, putting an asterisk does not make the slightest sense besides simply not existing in the Italian language. Stop with this woke stuff

Hello Galaxus Team I ordered a product last week (quite sturdy and made of wood). This was delivered in a huge cardboard box, which was filled with over 120 bubble cushions. The plastic waste was out of proportion to the product I ordered for 45 CHF. Surely there are more environmentally friendly packaging or filling materials? Kind regards

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

I bought a window washer from you and sent it back the same day, following your instructions, with a returns slip. A month later I received an invoice for 7 francs to be paid before 28 98. What's going on?

Made an order with 2 items. Received 2 parcels and 2 invoices! Invoice 60779114 dated 19.3.25 (with minimum order surcharge) and 60826495 dated 20.3.25 . I will probably remove Galaxus from my list of suppliers!

Dear Galaxus, you belong to Migros. Why don't you include the Migros non-food range in your shop? It would increase the purchase of small-priced articles. I would often order something from you for less than 50 francs and then get put off by the minimum order value. If I could order non-food products from Migros (I'm a Migros child :-)), which I always need anyway, I would reach the minimum order amount. So I usually order the cheap items somewhere with a lower minimum order value. Just as a suggestion.

When I screw on the original cream charger, half of the air flows out with a loud hiss and the cream does not set despite vigorous shaking.

When unpacking the electric toothbrush I had ordered, it turned out that the manufacturer's original packaging had already been opened once and resealed with both adhesive tape and a white "Galaxus Quality Check" sticker. The toothbrush handpiece as well as the power supply unit and the cable were no longer in the corresponding transparent bags in the box; the transparent bags were crumpled inside. Is this a previously returned item, a used item or possibly a demonstration/exhibition item? According to the manufacturer, a quality check by the retailer is neither normal nor necessary and hygiene is no longer guaranteed if the packaging has been opened. This begs the question, why is Galaxus selling hygiene articles with the original packaging already opened as new goods? And this without comment, without the customer's consent and, of course, at full price. I am also in favour of sustainability and the reuse of items returned by Galaxus "because they are not to their liking". But the customer should have a clear choice here as to whether they want to receive a new, unopened item or accept a "tested" return as good as new. What does the Community think? Is this just an isolated case or have you experienced something similar?

Bosch is definitely not letting us down: ====== We are planning a conversion campaign in which a new module will be inserted into the Indego and new software installed. Until the device has been converted, it will not be possible to operate it via the app. The Indego will therefore be displayed as offline. During the transition period, however, the Indego can be operated manually. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a start date for this campaign at this time. However, you will receive all the necessary information about the campaign via the e-mail address linked to your Indego. The planning and development phase also took us longer than we expected. I cannot remove the jug from its housing when the robot has been used to cook (e.g. pumpkin puree or other hot items). The lid remains very hard to turn and the jug remains stuck, impossible to remove, so I cannot remove the contents is cooking other food.

This hoover is available in the versions "Shark Statros IZ400DE" and "Shark IZ400CH Anti Hair-Wrap cordless hoover with Flexology" at very different prices. If you compare them, however, you don't seem to find any differences. What is the difference between them and why is the "Shark Shark IZ400DE" model available twice at different prices?

I was a crowd funder of Lifx and am actually still a fan. I have realised that the lamps are no longer available at Galaxus or any other shop!!! My 20-year-old Philipps mixer/kneading machine is giving up the ghost. I am looking for a successor that is easy to use and whose motor can easily process 1kg of flour and a few ingredients. According to perhaps rather naïve statements in the retail trade, most conventional food processors are unable to cope. PS, I don't need any other accessories such as a mincer, juicer, etc. I only want to use it to mix cake, pizza, bread and all other doughs. thanks for your help, Maria B.

I am unsure if the installation is correct. I have connected the adapter and the charging station to the power and put the robot hoover on it, but it keeps moving away and I wanted to ask if you are charging or not because the light is green on the adapter? I can't get the hoover to start with the remote control or manually by pressing a button... is this perhaps because it has only been charging for one and a half hours? Send Help Dankeee :)

Hello! The delivery date for a washing machine is given as two days. If I add services such as installation, the delivery date remains the same (i.e. also in 2 days). Can I assume that delivery and services happen at the same time?

Good day Enquiry subject Byro Multimedia Set for attachment to hoover to remove dust from my model railway, I came across this product, which I also received. From Galaxus. Now it is not possible to connect the attachments to a hoover. Do you have a type on which small hoover the attachments would fit? Looking for a small handy vacuum cleaner.
