Dear Galaxus, you belong to Migros. Why don't you include the Migros non-food range in your shop? It would increase the purchase of small-priced articles. I would often order something from you for less than 50 francs and then get put off by the minimum order value. If I could order non-food products from Migros (I'm a Migros child :-)), which I always need anyway, I would reach the minimum order amount. So I usually order the cheap items somewhere with a lower minimum order value. Just as a suggestion.

Hello S+ 500 owners. I contacted Bosch support directly and received the following message. Bosch is definitely not letting us down: ====== We are planning a conversion campaign in which a new module will be inserted into the Indego and new software installed. Until the device has been converted, it will not be possible to operate it via the app. The Indego will therefore be displayed as offline. During the transition period, however, the Indego can be operated manually. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a start date for this campaign at this time. However, you will receive all the necessary information about the campaign via the e-mail address linked to your Indego. The planning and development phase also took us longer than we expected. I cannot remove the jug from its housing when the robot has been used to cook (e.g. pumpkin puree or other hot items). The lid remains very hard to turn and the jug remains stuck, impossible to remove, so I cannot remove the contents is cooking other food.

This hoover is available in the versions "Shark Statros IZ400DE" and "Shark IZ400CH Anti Hair-Wrap cordless hoover with Flexology" at very different prices. If you compare them, however, you don't seem to find any differences. What is the difference between them and why is the "Shark Shark IZ400DE" model available twice at different prices?

My 20-year-old Philipps mixer/kneading machine is giving up the ghost. I am looking for a successor that is easy to use and whose motor can easily process 1kg of flour and a few ingredients. According to perhaps rather naïve statements in the retail trade, most conventional food processors are unable to cope. PS, I don't need any other accessories such as a mincer, juicer, etc. I only want to use it to mix cake, pizza, bread and all other doughs. thanks for your help, Maria B.

I am unsure if the installation is correct. I have connected the adapter and the charging station to the power and put the robot hoover on it, but it keeps moving away and I wanted to ask if you are charging or not because the light is green on the adapter? I can't get the hoover to start with the remote control or manually by pressing a button... is this perhaps because it has only been charging for one and a half hours? Send Help Dankeee :)

Yesterday I ordered crockery for CHF 100 (vintage from Cucina&Tavola). Today I see the exact same crockery in Migros with a 40% discount. I feel like I'm being sold off a bit.

Getting away from the hassle of picking up and returning a Hagerty carpet shaming machine to a drugstore was my goal. The Scheppach Spray Vac20 seemed like a valid alternative for me. The first unit arrived with a faulty spray pump. The exchange at Galaxus with a new unit worked smoothly. Unfortunately, the spray-suction function (for which I had purchased the unit) is completely inadequate: the spray nozzle distributes the cleaning fluid very unevenly. In the middle area, the carpet is flooded with water, the side areas of the nozzle remain dry. Only about 15% of the sprayed liquid ends up as dirty water in the appliance tank. The rest remains in the carpet! I have written to Scheppach Germany directly as this is not a warranty case but rather a defect in principle (bad spray nozzle). Scheppach is hiding behind Galaxus as the warranty holder. From my point of view, however, it is not a warranty case. I guess I'll have to put the whole thing down as a bad purchase? If Galaxus feels addressed, please contact me. I have documented the whole thing with photos.

I am looking for an air purifier against carbon dioxide (CO2). I happen to work at night and sleeping in the morning, keeping the windows closed because of traffic, the Netatmo system signals me too much carbon dioxide and the air is really heavy. I own a Dyson Pure Humidify+cool, but for my purpose it is not suitable. I can't find a specific device for my purpose, any ideas?

We really need to buy new frying pans. We bought the previous ones at Ikea a few (few) years ago. - I know, not the best brand for frying pans, but you have to start somewhere ;-) But now we want to buy something that will last longer and is "healthy". You always hear that certain coatings are not ideal. At home, we also have ordinary, old hotplates. No induction or anything like that. We certainly need a few different sizes, as we are very versatile and experiment with different dishes. So the question: Which pans, frying pans specifically, would you recommend and why?
