If the SureFlap cat flap does not connect to the hub, this is usually due to range problems, interference or incorrect pairing. Make sure that the hub is connected to the router via LAN and that the LEDs are solid white. Position the cat flap 1-2 metres away from the hub for pairing and repeat the connection process. Remove the batteries from the flap for 10-15 seconds and then restart the pairing process. If necessary, restart the router and check that neither the guest network nor the parental controls are active. If it still does not work, carry out a complete reset of the hub and cat flap and try pairing again. If the connection still fails, there is most likely a defect in the wireless module, in which case only SureFlap customer service can help.
