Question about SureFlap Connect Hub

The hub lights up green (permanently) when it is correctly installed and connected to the internet.
It must therefore be lit continuously green! When it is flashing green, an update is in progress and when it is flashing red, it is no longer connected to the internet.
When the hub is correctly installed and green (continuous), you need to install the secure petcare application and add the hub, then add the connected devices (pet bowl and felaqua).
