Can I also connect the Sure Flap Connect Hub to my Sure Flap cat flap (microchip) or does it have to be a special cat flap?

The SureFlap Connect Hub can only be connected to SureFlap cat flaps that carry the Connect symbol, i.e. are specially designed for connection to the hub. A conventional microchip cat flap without the Connect function is not compatible. To be used with the hub, it must therefore be a SureFlap cat flap with Connect technology. This allows you to control and monitor the flap via the app.
