The pure seaweed meal from Paws and Patch is made from the fresh seaweed "Ascophyllum nodosum." Seaweed meal is a natural source of iodine from the sea. It is suitable as an addition for raw feeding, as a supplement for homemade food, or during times of increased demand.

Feeding Recommendation:

Mix the seaweed meal into the food daily. Provide fresh drinking water additionally. For dry food, the seaweed meal can be mixed with a little water or oil. A pinch of seaweed meal is approximately 0.1 g. A heaping teaspoon is about 5 g.

Feeding recommendation per animal per day:

• Dogs and Cats: Body weight in kg = Amount of seaweed meal in g
• 5 kg = 0.2 g
• 10 kg = 0.3 g
• 15 kg = 0.4 g
• 20 kg = 0.5 g
• 25 kg = 0.6 g
• 30 kg = 0.7 g
• 35 kg = 0.8 g
• 40 kg = 0.9 g

• Horses: 20 - 40 g per large horse (600 kg). For ponies and small horses, adjust according to body weight.
