Juwel Aquarium Rio

The Rio 180 LED combines the timeless rectangular shape with state-of-the-art features. With its compact footprint of 101 x 41 cm and classic rectangular design, the Rio 180 easily adapts to any style of living. The safety base frame ensures a particularly secure stand and allows the aquarium to be set up easily without special supports. The interchangeable 23 W Day and Nature LED tubes produce an optimum light spectrum while saving up to 50 % energy compared to T5. The MultiLux LED lighting system of the Rio 180 LED allows you to work comfortably in the aquarium even when the lighting is switched on. The ultrasonically welded light unit is 100 % waterproof and fulfils the high European safety standards. The Rio 180 LED is equipped with a powerful Bioflow M for optimum filtration. This internal filter combines effectiveness with safety and forms the centrepiece of a Juwel aquarium. It follows the principle "The water stays in the aquarium" and is therefore the safest way to filter an aquarium. The Bioflow M is equipped with five high-performance filter media and a quiet, powerful Eccoflow 600 circulation pump. The Juwel 200 W control heater, which is optimally integrated into the water circuit of the Bioflow M filter system, ensures the correct temperature in the Rio 180 LED. Thanks to the use of high-quality silver contacts and impact-resistant borosilicate glass, the Juwel control heater fulfils the highest demands in terms of function and safety and is of course TÜV/GS certified.
