The JUWEL Bioflow Super is the ideal internal filter for beginner aquariums up to approximately 150 liters in volume and offers numerous advantages. The Bioflow Super follows the principle that the water remains in the aquarium, making it the safest way to filter the water in your aquarium. It operates without leak-prone hose connections, which also reduce pump performance due to friction. This filter system is characterized by its large filter volume, providing space for excellent mechanical, chemical, and biological filtration. Unlike other filters, especially external ones, the Bioflow Super can be cleaned in just a few minutes. The double flow principle ensures that different flow rates can be achieved in the JUWEL Bioflow Super. In particular, a relatively fast flow rate in the upper filter area is advantageous for mechanical and chemical filtration. Conversely, a slower flow rate in the lower filter area is beneficial to ensure optimal development of anaerobic bacteria, which are essential for biological filtration.
