Glamour Stone has an artificial shell and should therefore only be rinsed briefly with cold water before use. Do NOT wash the gravel with warm water and not warmer than the aquarium water. It is pH-neutral and uses a special resin, does NOT release any substances into the water and is guaranteed non-toxic.
