Question about Karup Design Japan
What should I do in case the flooring planks "Latternrost"/Slatted frame snap at the center and break? How would I get them replaced? Is there any chance whatsoever that I could buy the slatted frame individually or would I need to D.I.Y a solution or buy the bed again to fix this problem?
If it is within the warranty time, and it is a product quality failure, we would cover / repair the bed accordingly.
